Lithium3 offer a quality led Data, IT and Business Transformation recruitment service to boutique consultancies, SME's and large clients in multiple sectors. We add value by being versatile in recruiting a range of the more niche Data requirements within Data Engineering/Analysis/Architecture/Leadership. This leads to expanding our delivery to Business Analysis (technical and process), Project/Programme Management (Technical and Change), ERP, CRM and Cloud Infrastructure. We have strong understanding of legacy, current and emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, IoT, Machine Learning, RPA) and methodologies (Agile/DevOps). We find this adds value to identify, engage and deliver key resources efficiently and professionally.

Statement of Work (SOW)

Milestone/deliverable SOW contract for clear self-contained outcome based requirements. Lithium3 partner with specialist contractor squads who assist with project scoping and act as our delivery function. We use the latest software to manage the SOW delivery lifecycle, providing governance

through to completion. We also partner with boutique consultancies by providing SOW contractors for niche resources they can't find themselves. This helps the consultancy both deliver and expand their end-client services while offering our contractors a broader range of projects.

Permanent

We work on mid-high level permanent roles either exclusively or on a retained basis. To ensure high touch service levels we meet our clients and candidates (Face to Face or virtually) to understand company, culture, process and key requirements.

Charlie is a well rounded IT recruitment professional focusing on Data since 2017. He began his recruitment journey in 2004 and has specialised in IT infrastructure, software development, business intelligence and IT/business transformation Leadership roles. He has strong knowledge of legal, public sector/charity, utilities, education, retail, pharmaceutical and managed IT services sectors and has proven delivery of permanent and contract resource solutions to help clients achieve strategic and project/programme objectives.

Charlie also has 4 years full P&L business management experience of a £10 million turnover Midlands IT recruitment function at a large corporate. Significant leadership experience has given Charlie great understanding and empathy with line managers in team building and making the right hire.

Charlie founded Lithium3 in 2017. His recipe for success is based on being quality focused, calm, collaborative, building strong relationships and a real passion for getting 'stuck in' to solve problems.

Married to his fabulous Venezuelan wife with kids. A beautiful daughter and Lenni the dog.

Passions - Liverpool football club, skiing, travel, food and family.

Gurbinder is a pro-active and ethical IT recruitment professional who has delivered within the Data market since 2018. He has specialised in helping companies deliver significant multi-million pound efficiencies in Data, IT & Business transformation programmes since 2005. Gurbinder has experience in many sectors - NHS, central government, utilities, financial services, retail, pharmaceutical, aerospace and legal.

Gurbinder takes care to build and shape new project and programme teams by working in close partnership with our customer base.

Gurbinder contributes to the vision, strategy and business performance by communicating with conviction and passion.

Gurbinder’s highly effective stakeholder engagement skills at all levels gains commitment and his success comes from building customer confidence and maintaining momentum through to delivery and aftercare.

His key motivator is to deliver the right outcomes, which make a difference for the client and candidate.
